Crannage Gardens provides garden maintenance and related services, including but not limited to lawn care, hedge trimming, weeding, planting, jet washing, fence painting and general garden upkeep.

3.1 All services are subject to availability and may be tailored to individual customer requirements.
3.2 We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at our discretion, including where access, safety, or payment issues arise.
3.3 Any descriptions of services on our website are provided for guidance only and do not constitute a binding offer. 3.4 Any service or date of can be changed at our discretion but we will endeavour to privide a fair notice where possible.
4. Quotations and Pricing
4.1 Quotes are provided based on information supplied by the customer and/or site visits.
4.2 Prices may change if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen issues arise.
4.3 All prices are stated in GBP unless otherwise specified. 4.4 We will price match any written quote for the same work. We will beat it by at least 5% but have discretion to decline any quote or work.
4.5 Any discounts or offers can be withdrawn and voided at anytime.
4.6 Refer a friend promotion needs to be made clear the time off signing up that you are being referred.
4.7 This promotion also requires 3 months of payments to clear before the gift is awarded.
5. Payments
5.1 Payment terms will be agreed prior to work commencing.
5.2 Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.3 Late payments may result in suspension of services and/or additional charges.
5.4 Plan monthly payments are paid by either standing order, invoicing, bank transfer or cash.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
6.1 Customers should provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A minimum of 24 hours before due work.
6.2 We reserve the right to charge for late cancellations or missed appointments.
6.3 Services may be rescheduled due to adverse weather or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Customer Responsibilities
7.1 Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property and garden areas.
7.2 Pets must be secured during service visits.
7.3 Customers are responsible for informing us of any hidden hazards, underground utilities, or special conditions.
8. Health and Safety
8.1 We take all reasonable steps to work safely and professionally.
8.2 We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden obstacles, or factors outside our control.
9. Liability
9.1 Crannage Gardens will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
9.2 Our liability for direct loss or damage is limited to the value of the service provided.
9.3 Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9.4 We take no responsibility for any damage or injury caused by use while on your property.
